Apricot Gorgonzola Bites|

Mix gorgonzola and cream cheese in a small bowl until crumbles hold together. Place apricots on serving tray and drop cheese mixture by teaspoonful on top of each apricot. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
- 48 Casa de Fruta Extra Fancy Dried Apricots (about 12 oz.)
- 8 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
- Freshly ground black peppercorns
