How to Shop
- Browse Products: Find the product you’d like to order.
- Add to Cart: Click the “Add to Cart” button. Alternatively, click on the product image or description, enter the desired quantity, then add it to your cart. You can adjust quantities on the shopping cart page before checking out.
- View Your Cart: Click the “View Cart” button, or check the cart icon at the top right corner of any page to see your current items and total.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once you've added all desired items, click “View Cart” or “Check Out.”
- Add a Gift Message (Optional): Click “Add Free Gift Message” at the bottom of the cart page.
- If shipping to one address, only one message is needed.
- If shipping to multiple addresses, you can add a separate gift message for each address during checkout.
- To ship items to more than one address: Check the box “Ship to: (someone else)” on the product page.
- A pop-up will appear asking for a Ship-To Name – enter a short label (e.g., “Mom, Jill, Dr Jenny”).
- After logging in, you’ll be asked to assign each item to a shipping address.
- Returning customers: Select from your saved addresses using the dropdown menu.
- New customers: Enter each address manually and save them with a unique label (e.g., Home, Office, Vacation House) for quicker future orders.
- Apply Coupon Code: If you have a code, enter it in the Coupon Code box and click “Enter.”
- Click “Check Out”: If your order is shipping to multiple addresses, skip to step 16.
For Single Shipping Address Orders
- Log In or Create an Account: Click “Log In” at the top right corner.
- Returning customers: Click the link under “Returning Customer” to sign in.
- New customers: Click “Enter your contact information” to create an account.
- Choose Your Shipping Method: Select your preferred shipping option from the list provided.
- Add Special Instructions (Optional): Use the Special Instructions box (bottom left) for any shipping notes or pre-order delivery requests.
- Review Your Order: Double-check product details, shipping address, and billing info.
- Payment: Enter your credit card information (type, number, expiration). Optionally, check “Save this card for future orders.”
- Agree to Alcohol Delivery Terms: Check the “I agree” box to accept the alcohol delivery terms.
- Submit Your Order: Click “SUBMIT ORDER” to complete your purchase.
For Multiple Shipping Address Orders
- Log In or Create an Account: Click “Log In” at the top right corner of the page.
- Returning customers: Enter your email and password to access your account.
- New customers: Fill out the Create a New Account section on the right side of the page.
- Secure Checkout – Enter Ship-To Information: Provide the shipping details for each gift recipient.
- Enter the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and indicate Business or Residential.
- Repeat for each product going to a different shipping address.
- Once all items are assigned, click “Continue to Secure Payment Page.”
- Choose Your Shipping Method: Select your preferred shipping option for each address.
- Add Special Instructions (Optional): Use the Special Instructions box (bottom left) for notes or preferred delivery dates for pre-orders.
- Review Your Order: Carefully review all product details, shipping addresses, and billing information.
- Enter Payment Information: Provide your credit card details (card type, number, expiration date). You may check “Save this card for future orders.”
- Agree to Alcohol Delivery Terms: Check the “I agree” box to confirm you accept the alcohol delivery terms.
- Submit Your Order: Click “SUBMIT ORDER” to finalize your purchase.
Note: From May through October, chocolate, taffy, and gummy products must be shipped via UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Overnight to ensure product quality.
My Account
Creating an account at casadefruta.com makes gift-giving faster and easier. With an account, you can:
- View order status and history
- Manage your address book
- Edit shipping addresses
- Create and access a wish list
- Quickly send gifts to multiple recipients in a single order
To create an account, click the “Log In” button on the top menu bar.
On the left side of the page, fill out the form to set up a new account.
If you already have an account, enter your email and password on the right side and click “Sign In.”
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page to receive a reset link.
Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Casa de Fruta’s Customer Service Department.
- Proof of purchase is required. You must provide the original sales receipt or order number. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without this documentation — no exceptions.
- Opened merchandise may be returned only at the discretion of our Customer Service team and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bulk food products – No returns accepted
- Refrigerated or perishable products – No returns accepted
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any item—regardless of its condition—please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 543-1702 to obtain a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued.
Casa de Fruta reserves the right to deny returns or withhold credit if:
- Return information is falsified
- Items are intentionally damaged or altered
A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns that are not due to an error on our part.
Gift Certificates
You can purchase gift certificates in amounts of $20, $50, or $100 from our Gift Certificates page.
To redeem a gift certificate:
- Add your desired products to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- On the final page of the checkout process, enter your gift certificate code in the designated field.
- Click “Apply” to see the amount deducted from your total.
Gift certificates can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully spent.
Please note: Gift certificate codes are not the same as coupon codes.
If you’d like Casa de Fruta to email the gift certificate directly to your recipient, please include their email address in the Special Instructions box during checkout.

Fruit Preservation
Cut dried fruits like apricots, pears, peaches, and nectarines are preserved with sulfur dioxide. California dried French prunes (plums) are preserved using potassium sorbate.
