About the Software:
Nexternal's shopping cart is second to none in ease of use. The always on-screen shopping cart and integrated search make shopping a breeze. Our customers that place the same order over and over again are in luck. Nexternal's shopping cart offers a single click reorder button, AND an easier-to-use "ship to multiple addresses" feature. The shopping cart offers multiple methods of navigation and minimizes the number of check out screens during the order process.
Ship To Multiple Addresses in One Order:
TO SEND TO MULTIPLE SHIP-TO ADDRESSES IN A SINGLE ORDER PLEASE SELECT EACH ADDRESS IN THE SHIP TO PULL DOWN MENU FOR EACH DESIRED PRODUCT AND THEN HIT ADD TO CART FOR EACH SHIP TO ADDRESS.
Select each ship to address separately in the "Ship To" pull down menu bar, then input quantity ONE and click Add to Cart. Do this for each product that you would like to ship to an individual address in the same order. Follow this process for each product that you would like to ship to individual addresses. If you need to add a new address select the (someone else) option in the pull down menu, then click Add to Cart. You will be prompted to add a nickname for your shipping recepient. When you check out you will be prompted to add the name and address information in your Contact Information Section. The new address will be added to your Address Book for future access.
HOW TO EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT
All of your account information should transfer seamlessly to the new software. In some instances there will be minor problems:
Log In To your Account:
You should be able to log into your account with your emaill address and your usual password. If you have problems with the password, click the forgot password option and we will send you the password for your account that is on file. If all else fails you will need to create a new account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Checking Your Account Information
After you successfully log in you can adjust your account information by clicking the "My Account/Reorder" link in the Shopping Cart area on the right hand side of your browser page. (see image right) You can set your primary billing and shipping address here, adjust your Contact Information:

and add new shipping addresses in your address book:
(Use the ADD button to add a new address book entry ).
You can make changes to existing address book entries by clicking the "Edit This Address" or "Delete This Address" under each address entry.
