Our Wine Club is free to join, and members will enjoy three yearly releases of 3 bottles of wine. Wines in each shipment are hand-selected by our winemaker based on production schedule and availability. One month before the release date, members will be notified of the winemaker's selections. Members will then have 14 days to make customizations to their order. All orders will begin shipping on the release date. Members are responsible for all shipping costs.

Terms & Conditions
- You must be at least 21 years old to be a Wine Club Member.
- There are three yearly releases with a 3-bottle minimum in March, July, and November.
- By joining the Casa de Fruta Wine Club, you agree to an ongoing membership with a minimum commitment of one wine club release before cancellation.
- Orders can be picked up or shipped to the member's provided address.
- The member’s credit card will be billed automatically to the billing address on file.
- Pick up orders are held for 2 weeks. Orders not picked up within those 2 weeks are then charged for shipping and shipped to the address on record.
- Cancellations must be made by phone or email no later than 30 days before the next release, which occurs in March, July, and November.
- Shipping restrictions apply. Like most family wineries, our permit only allows us to ship wine to CA, FL (excluding Lafayette & Liberty counties), MN & DC. In order to receive your shipment, a person of at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for the wine at the time of delivery.
- Members are responsible for all fees associated with misdirected and returned packages. Wine Club orders are non-refundable.
- Casa de Fruta Wine Club benefits are subject to change at any time. Wine Club members who sign up during a wine club shipment month (March, July, and November) will receive their first wine release during the next release month.
State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in many states. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please understand, it is your responsibility to update all address changes. Casa de Fruta is not responsible for fees incurred due to misdirected club shipments. Charges are applied to credit cards at the time of shipment. Due to weather constraints, wine orders will be shipped on cooler days if temperatures exceed 80 degrees. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.
