Apricot Gorgonzola Bites

  • 48 Casa de Fruta Extra Fancy Dried Apricots (about 12 oz.)
  • 8 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • Honey
  • Freshly ground black peppercorns
Mix gorgonzola and cream cheese in a small bowl until crumbles hold together. Place apricots on serving tray and drop cheese mixture by teaspoonful on top of each apricot. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

Italian Summer Fun Apricots

  • Ricotta cheese
  • Sliced almonds
  • Fresh thyme
  • Chopped apricots
  • Olive oil
Summertime Italian fun and a little slice of heaven! Take a container of ricotta cheese (small or large) sprinkle with sliced almonds, fresh thyme and scatter with chopped apricots drizzle with a little sprinkle of olive oil. Serve at a party with a baguette or bread croutons for scooping up the cheese! This fun dish speaks for itself! ENJOY!
