Casa de Cabins Cancellation Policy:
All reservations may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72 hours or more before the time of check-in.
To receive a refund for cabin reservations, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior for a full refund of total amount paid.
Cancellations made 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 10% processing fee of the first night room/tax. Cancellations made less than 1 week (6 days) prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to arrival will not be refunded.
Holidays, Renaissance Faire & Event Weekends:To receive a full refund for cabin reservations on Holidays, Renaissance Faire weekends, or other Special Events, cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks (21 days) before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date will not be refunded.

To receive a refund for an RV or Tent reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged one night's rate plus tax. Cancellation made the day of your scheduled arrival date will not be refunded.
