Red Wines

Casa de Fruta's red wines showcase fruit grown on the family ranch in Southern Santa Clara Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon offers classic varietal character, while Dornfelder features a velvety texture and delicate floral notes.

The Dr. Zanger Dornfelder is named in honor of Dr. Henry Zanger, the family's grandfather, who married Clara Bisceglia Cribari in 1923. The wine reflects the family's lasting passion for agriculture, hospitality, and tradition.

White Wines

Chardonnay from Cienega Valley is crisp and refreshing, with a subtle touch of oak for added depth and complexity.

Fruit Wines
